Design of high luxury residential development and furnished apartments on an exceptional 7000 m² property directly located on the sea.  A tower 160 meters high and 36 floors above ground floor houses in its lowest floors middle sized units (3 units per floor) and above them fifty four 430 m² apartments (2 units per floor), all with sea view. An alternative scheme with a single unit of 860 m² is also proposed.  A 4 storey building designed with maximum flexibility allows multiple occupancy schemes: hotel rooms, furnished apartments or duplexes.

The design focuses on maximizing flexibility and views for the units.

A health club and retail / restaurants are located around an atrium, beneath and to the side of the piazza overlooking the cornice.
