Competition winning scheme for mixed use (residential and commercial) scheme, comprised of twin towers on podium base.
 
The project included the design of the Residential and Central Lobby.
Several schemes were developed, each having its own materials, style and atmosphere; nevertheless maintaining the spirit of the function and the Oriental mood.
