Located on a prominent site in the heart of Beirut, the Client requested a feasibility study to be done for a 38 storey mixed-use tower; housing residential, commercial, and office spaces.  The strategies used optimize allowable areas and view corridors, while providing a possible solution for a volume that could serve as a landmark in the city. The intention was to gain as much vertical height in order to have a dominant urban presence within the surrounding context.
