nga did a feasibility study for a retail strip, North of the Qortuba Oasis Compound, with a 460 meter long commercial exposure along the main road.
 
One of the main concerns was to ensure a sustainable climate control system for the open courtyard, through a controlled shading system.
An’’ intelligent wall’’ concept is developed, as an interface between the mall and the compound. It can house shading device, exhibition space, water features, greenery, seating areas, and technical areas.
