2002

The project is composed of two buildings: a 9 storey main building hosting a condominium hotel of 122 keys and an oval building of 3 storeys including retail on ground floor and mezzanine and a 45 keys hotel.

The purpose was to allow a maximum flexibility. The design is based on single modules that can be combined from one module apartment to four modules executive penthouses.

A double skin of metal mesh wraps the oval building, transforming the continuous balconies into loggias, allowing an extensive use all year long. A landscaped roof terrace including a pool tops this building.
