2001

Alternative projects for a spectacular hill drop overlooking the bay of Cadiz and the Atlantic Ocean: a five-star retreat hotel, and few very select villas, with patios back to back.

All users have panoramic views, great privacy and direct access to the ocean. The architecture reinterprets the coastal Andalusian model; simple, elegant white volumes and shaded voids, hugging the slope behind the existing eucalyptus trees.
