The project is located on a 600m² corner plot, facing a prominent road in the trendy area of Saifi, Beirut.  The Client’s request is to provide a feasibility study for a new residential building, that offers a mix of apartments and furnished apartments to meet local market demands.

An elegant, thirteen storey building is proposed, to meet and optimize all the area requirements.  Four basement levels are dedicated to parking and building amenities.  The first ten floors house three 1-bedroom apartments per floor, with the remaining three floors offering two 1-bedroom apartments per floor. 

A common roof terrace provides spectacular city views of downtown Beirut and sea views of the Mediterranean.
