A landmark, mixed-use, building located on a 2300 m2 parcel with an identical parcel used for parking in the back. The building is composed of twin towers, each 37 floors above ground and 140 meters high.

The project organizes its 5 functions vertically : commercial podium, offices, condominiums, furnished apartments, 5-star hotel and leisure rooftop.
