green office park

Echoing the Medina urban typology of its region, this design takes shape around a lush green spine that dialogues with the natural wadis. This pedestrian-friendly feature generates the primary public space, extending into the urban sphere to be enjoyed by both visitors and passersby.
The low-rise massing respects the human scale, while higher structures punctuate the skyline, addressing the city’s broader architectural context. The project’s vocabulary shifts subtly between its many components, yet maintains a serene and harmonious exterior that conceals an abundance of functions within.
Given the elongated shape of the site, an underlying linear directionality shapes the architectural experience. Walking through the project from one end to the other, different program components transition gradually from public to more exclusive and private spaces. The retail area becomes more engaged at the site's lower end, transitioning into sports and activity spaces, before culminating in exclusive residential units, a hotel, and an art center.
Although clearly rooted in its social and architectural heritage, the Office Park aims to be a modern destination where families and businesses thrive in a sustainable, symbiotic relationship, from the human to the urban scale.
